Triangle Community Services offers the care and support people need to live well. From supporting people to stay in their own homes to providing day care so people can get together. We help people enjoy a standard of living beyond just the practical aspect of care.
Bringing together the exceptional experience, expertise and heritage of Friends of the Elderly and TLC Care services, we give people the opportunity to live a healthy and happy life.

We are a registered charity which brings together the exceptional experience, expertise and heritage of Friends of the Elderly and TLC care services. We do not run for profit, are registered with the Care Quality Commission and always undertake our own quality checks to ensure you receive the very best service.

Home Care
Triangle Community Services offers the care and support you need to live well and independently in your own home for as long as possible. So that you can enjoy a high standard of living, we offer much more than just the practical aspect of care.
What we can do for you
Personal Care: We offer extra support to live at home in comfort from washing and dressing, help at mealtimes to bathing and continence needs.
Daily Living Support: We provide help with daily living needs such as preparing meals, shopping, laundry, vacuuming, washing up and bed making, through to paying bills, general paperwork or accompanying to medical appointments and social activities.
Companionship: We work with people using our service to match them to a care team with shared interests.
Support for Family and Carers: Should your family need support, we can adapt our care to help with short and long term breaks or holidays.
Complex Care: For those living with a learning disability, mental health, dementia or a life limiting condition, our specialist team provide a high level of support built around individual needs. If you are eligible for continuing health care funding, we are happy to work in partnership with your health care team.
Recovery & Readjustment: We can help you to regain your strength following an illness or injury, by identifying your goals, building your confidence and strengthening your coping skills.
We can help you live independently with visits from a minimum length of 30 minutes through to full time high dependency packages.
Day Care
Our Day Care services are great places to have a fantastic day out and meet new friends.
All our staff are trained to understand the changing needs of older people. They offer support with respect and dignity and will help you with any day-to-day issues or concerns.
We offer free trial days, simply contact your local centre and bring a friend or family member if you wish.
