GMATL (Greater Manchester Accessible Transport Limited) is a charitable company formed to co-ordinate and manage Ring & Ride services in Greater Manchester.
The company is regulated by a charitable trust which receives its income from Greater Manchester Integrated Transport Authority.
Ring & Ride provides a door-to-door accessible minibus service for people of all ages who find it difficult to use ordinary public transport.

Do you find it difficult to use ordinary public transport?
We can provide Travel Support Aid to people (individuals or groups) who are unable to make journeys by any means including public transport, Ring & Ride or help from public services' departments.
We can pay for local journeys to be made by taxi, private hire or community transport if:
you can demonstrate that your inability to travel is due to a form of social exclusion for example you may live in an area where there are no regular services; or there may be other reasons preventing you from using the services that do run, such as cost and accessibility.
For each journey, you will have to pay the same fare as the current Ring & Ride fare.
