Dennetts is an established family business, with more than four generations of experience in retailing lounge, bedroom & dining furniture. With a reputation built on friendly efficient service and value for money, Dennetts is known throughout the Midlands for outstanding customer care.

The shop first opened in 1901 and sold general haberdashery, curtains, fabrics, rugs and linoleum. By the 1960‘s, Dennetts had become a furniture and carpet retailer, and the living spaces above the shop and to the rear had been incorporated into the shop.

With the new showrooms, the shop was able to also sell three piece suites, beds, dining furniture and chairs. The range has evolved over the years and Dennetts now has an even larger selection of furniture for every occasion.

Now, into the 4th generation, the shop continues to be successful specialising in high seat, fireside chairs, and riser recliners chairs.  However, with the new addition of their brand new website, the range of furniture available at Dennetts is expanding all the time.

You may also visit the showroom in Acocks Green to see a large selection of what Dennetts can offer.  We are specialist suppliers of high seat chairs, riser chairs, and recliner chairs - in different sizes and with matching settees, and all in an attractive choice of hard wearing covers.  

There is also a large display of traditional fireside chairs and settees with firm comfortable seating and all with excellent lumbar support. Come and see us, try out our chairs and sofas and benefit from the experience of our small team.
